How programs fit

Programs run inside system engagements — or standalone.

The same program can be the centerpiece of a standalone installation or the line-org delivery layer inside a larger EmergePH system engagement. The architecture flexes to where the buyer is starting.

Inside a system engagement

When EmergePH is installing KPI-Linked Behavior Change Infrastructure at scale, programs are the line-org delivery layer. CPR+, FoL, and C2C run as the behavioral installations underneath the larger system — anchored by Executive Coaching at the senior level, optionally paired with the L&D Business Partner Maturity Lab for function-level uplift.

Standalone

For organizations that want one specific behavior installed — and don't yet need full system architecture — any program can run as a standalone installation with the same 5-stage engine, the same Habit Builder, and the same Proof Arc. The maturity bar isn't lowered when the scope is.
