EmergePH exists to inspire and support people in the Philippines to unleash more of their human potential.
With this social impact mission always in our minds and hearts, it is now time for us to formally embed tangible social impact into our core business model.
Starting January 1, 2025, we publicly commit to the following:
We will run at least 4 quarterly 7 Week Human Skills Programs, reserving 3 seats in each cohort to be provided pro bono to NGO's that are delivering education, work & life skill, or career development support in the Philippines.
For each paid participant in our open cohort Human Skills programs, we will provide 1 week of vocational training for under-privileged women in the Philippines.
For every client-dedicated Human Skills program we deliver in 2025, we will also provide an additional scholarship seat to our NGO partners.
For each week of client-dedicated programs we deliver in 2025, we will provide 1 month of vocational training for under-privileged women in the Philippines, focusing on skills that enhance employability and economic independence.
We will track these commitments as metrics that we will publish as a report voluntarily every 6 months (June 15 and December 15).
These may be relatively small ways to create social impact in 2025, but we see it as a starting point and we are happy to install this permanently into our business model.
To all our clients and partners we invite you to help us grow this impact and to ask us questions about it if you are curious, or give us feedback if you think we can improve this.
