Session credit policy: Credits are valid for the quarter in which they are issued. Unused sessions do not roll over — a 30-day grace period into the following quarter applies for any remaining credits. Sessions are self-booked; it is the client's responsibility to schedule within the quarter.
After the Call
Three possible outcomes
Accepted into Coaching
We confirm the fit, your ₱10,000 strategy call fee is credited toward your first quarter, and we begin onboarding you into the coaching engagement. First session scheduled within two weeks.
Added to the Waitlist
The fit is strong but current capacity is full. You are added to the priority waitlist and contacted as soon as a spot opens — typically within one quarter. Your ₱10,000 is credited when you are activated.
Not the Right Fit at This Time
Not every application is a match — for reasons of timing, readiness, or context. If this is the outcome, we'll be direct about why and, where possible, point you toward what would serve you better right now.
